Welcome to Plant Villa. By accessing or using our website at www.plantvillabd.com (the “Site”), placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh to use this Site or place an order. By using Plant Villa, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Products & Botanical Specifications

Plant Villa specialises in premium, hand-selected live plants, custom growing media, and curated planters. Because every plant is a living organism, please note the following natural variations:

• Size & shape: Mature dimensions can vary by 5–15% from listed values depending on specimen growth and season.
• Foliage: Minor leaf variations or natural color differences from photos are normal in live botanical specimens.
• Pots & accessories: Decorative pots in lifestyle photography are for display unless explicitly part of the bundle.
• Availability: If a plant becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and issue a full refund immediately.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). Placing an item in your cart does not reserve inventory — stock is reserved upon order confirmation.

• Accepted methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and major cards.
• Order confirmation: You will receive an instant on-screen and email confirmation once placed.
• Coupons & promotions: Only one promotional voucher code may be applied per order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver healthy specimens across Bangladesh in climate-safe, protective packaging designed specifically for live foliage.

• Dhaka metro: Typically 1–2 business days (delivery charge ৳80).
• Outside Dhaka: Typically 2–4 business days (delivery charge ৳120).
• Safe transit: Plants are hydrated and packed with care to arrive pristine.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Perishable live plants: Live plants are covered exclusively under the 7-Day Guarantee above.

Non-perishable items: Unused planters, soil bags, and accessories may be returned within 7 days in original condition for a full refund.

8. Account Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact details and keeping credentials secure.

9. Intellectual Property

All photography, botanical care guides, branding, and text are protected intellectual property of Plant Villa.
