Browse the shop, add plants to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest, or sign in to save your shipping details for future orders. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh and online payments via bKash, Nagad, and major cards.

Which areas in Bangladesh do you deliver to?

We deliver to all 64 districts. Inside Dhaka delivery typically takes 24–48 hours, and outside Dhaka 2–4 business days via Sundarban, Steadfast, or Pathao courier depending on your location.

How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery inside Dhaka is ৳60. Delivery outside Dhaka is ৳120. Orders above ৳2,500 qualify for free delivery nationwide. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

How are the plants packed for delivery?

Each plant is wrapped in moisture-retaining kraft, secured in a rigid corrugated sleeve, and packed inside a reinforced box with cushioning. Tropical and delicate specimens are heat-packed in winter and ventilated in summer to keep them safe in transit.

What does the 7-Day Plant Villa Guarantee cover?

If your plant arrives damaged, severely stressed, or with pests, send a photo within 7 days (168 hours) of delivery and we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund. The guarantee also covers transit damage on pots and accessories.

What condition will my plant arrive in?

Every plant is hand-selected, pest-inspected, and photographed before packing. Because they are living things, slight variations in leaf shape, color, and size are completely normal and a sign of a healthy, natural specimen.

Should I repot or water my plant as soon as it arrives?

Give your plant 24–48 hours to acclimate to your home before repotting. The nursery soil already holds the right moisture, so a light watering on arrival is usually enough. A detailed care card is included with every order.

How do refunds work and how long do they take?

Once your claim is approved, bKash, Nagad, and bank refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Card refunds appear on your statement within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank. COD orders are refunded via bKash or bank transfer.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide, plus bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways — we never store your card details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can request a change or cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been packed for dispatch. After that window the order is locked in for our courier. Reply to your order confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp with your order number to make changes.
